High-Temp Red RTV Silicone Gasket |

heavy-duty use. Replaces almost any cut
gasket by making reliable

cracking, shrinking, and migrating
caused by thermal cycling. Coat pre-cut
gaskets to increase reliability.

Ideal for on-the -spot and emergency
repairs, or when a conventional gasket
is out of stock. This single component,
thyrotrophic gasket maker cures rapidly
for a medium strength, solvent resistant
seal that resists temperatures up to
300°F (149°C), and fills gaps to .050"
(primed). Can be used on a variety of
metal surfaces including aluminum. Parts
disassemble easily even after extended
service.
Suggested applications: Sealing flexible
metal machined assemblies. Typically
used as a form-in-lace gasket on rigid
flanged connections, e.g. gearbox and
engine casings, etc. |
