Anti-Seize |

A nickel and graphite based anti-seize
compound formulated to protect up to
2400°F against seizure and galling,
galvanic and severe environmental
corrosion. Never-Seez® Pure Nickel
Special is a superior, high temperature
anti-seize and extreme pressure
lubricant. It contains flake particles
of pure nickel, graphite and other
additives in a special grease carrier
found to enhance anti-seize performance.
This product is recommended for use when
applications prohibit the presence of
copper, especially when resistance to
corrosive acidic and caustic solutions
is required. Meets Boeing BAC 5008, Ford
ESE-M12A4-A, Garrett Engine Div.

Anti-Seize |

The standard in the nuclear industry,
Never-Seez® Nuclear Special, is specially tested
and certified pure for use in nuclear power
plants. Each production lot of Never-Seez®
Nuclear Special is tested for contaminants of
sulfur, halogens and low-melt metals and each
container is labeled with the lot number that
certifies purity. Recommended for nuclear
fittings, valves and steam manifolds. Provides
maximum protection from high heat up to 2400şF
and aggressive chemicals. Meets General Electric
D50YP12, Westinghouse and Bectel's nuclear
specifications. Tested to MIL-A-907.

conjunction with Electricite de France (EDF) and
meets General Electric specification D50TP12,
and Westinghouse and Bectel's nuclear
specifications. Protects nuclear components form
seizure and galling at temperatures up to
2200°F. Each production lot of Nuclear Grade
Never-Seez® is tested for contaminants of

Never-Seez
Blue Moly lubricant is designed for
industrial applications requiring
non-destructive assembly and disassembly
where combinations of high loads, high
temperatures and low speeds are
encountered to reduce friction during
the assembly of press-fit components.
This multi-purpose extreme pressure
anti-seize lubricant contains a high
concentration of molybdenum disulfide.
Especially effective under extreme
pressures involving heavy loads and slow
speed resulting in boundary lubrication
conditions. Never-Seez Blue Moly
withstands pressures to 300,000 psi and
temperatures up to 1500°F.

Meets FDA
and USDA requirements for incidental
food contact. Fortified with high load
carrying solid lubricants, it lubricates
and protects bearings, gears and other
moving parts exposed to high
temperatures up to 475°F and wash downs.
The unique dispersion of FDA authorized
PTFE provides additional lubricity
especially where a thin film of
lubricant is desirable. Never-Seez White
Food Grade with PTFE is virtually
odorless, colorless, and tasteless. It
is a "multi-purpose" lubricant for
varied services within a food handling
plant.

A premium quality copper anti-seize and
thread lubricant that may be used to
prevent seizing, corrosion and galling
where high temperature conditions exist.
Temperature range -30°F to 1800°F (-34°C
to 982°C). Provides good electrical
conductivity. Meets Mil Spec A-907.
Suggested applications: Threaded
